General Program Questions

  • Authorized Logitech partners and consultants can submit requests on behalf of their end customers.

  • Demo kits are available for:

    • Microsoft Teams Rooms (Android & Windows)

    • Zoom Rooms

    • Google Meet

    • BYOD

  • The standard evaluation period is 30 days, starting from delivery of the solution.

  • Requests are reviewed and confirmed within 72 hours.

    • You will receive a confirmation email

    • A kickoff call will be scheduled

    • Shipping details and delivery contacts will be confirmed on the call

    • IT readiness  will be validated

Shipping & Delivery

  • Demo kits require to be shipped directly to the end customer location or partner office.

  • All Shipping for the program is covered by Logitech.

  • Yes—please include your preferred delivery date in the request form. We will do our best to accommodate it.

Setup & Support

  • DemoConnect includes:

    • Kickoff call

    • Deployment guidance

    • Remote support during setup

    • Logitech Sync & Services Workshop

    • General Technical Support

  • For most room solutions, yes. IT should be available to:

    • Provision accounts (Teams, Zoom, Google)

    • Configure network settings

    • Validate device connectivity

  • Yes—POC kits are designed for real-world use in active meeting spaces.

Demo Equipment

  • Available products include Logitech room solutions such as:

  • No. Demo kits are pre-configured bundles to ensure:

    • Certification compliance

    • Consistent experience

    • Faster deployment

During the POC

Returns & Completion

    • The DemoConnect team will coordinate return shipping

    • Equipment must be repackaged using original materials

  • Partners are responsible for ensuring equipment is returned in good condition. Any issues should be reported immediately to requests@logitechdemoconnect.com

    • Involve decision-makers early

    • Schedule key meetings during the trial

    • Test real use cases (hybrid meetings, camera framing, audio)

    • Leverage Logitech support during setup
